SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow 5-8 business days to process your order.
Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are computed by the carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
If your order has not arrived in the proper designated time, please see the below tips to help you identify the party to contact to receive a status update:
- Check the tracking information that you received in your shipping email.
- If the tracking shows the order is in transit, contact your local post office for additional details to understand the delay and expected delivery date.
A Simple Little Pearl is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service shipping.
Once we drop an item off at USPS, it is out of our control completely. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Please contact USPS for ANY issues.
There is 100.00 worth of insurance on any shipment. If you recieve a damaged package or have a lost package, you will need to file a claim with the carrier by googling USPS Claims Support.
Being that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers, we will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
